Didn't used to be. Furnace was all over the place, but seemed like a more logical progression from the skinny puppy stuff. Eyes of stanley pain had vocals all over it, and was pretty good. III wasnt' so hot, despite some on this list saying it's quite good and very idm-ish (if I want IDM, i'll listen to actual IDM).
