It is no longer available from V/Vm. The info pages for the four parts of the release (<http://brainwashed.com/vvm/discography/../releases_vvm_/vvmt69.htm>VVMT69/<http://brainwashed.com/vvm/discography/../releases_vvm_/vvmtx69.htm>VVMTX69/<http://brainwashed.com/vvm/discography/../releases_vvm_/pvvmt69.htm>PVVMT69/<http://brainwashed.com/vvm/discography/../releases_vvm_/vvmtcd69.htm>VVMTCD69) have the cover images replaced with a simple black box reading "V/Vm", and have text reading "This release is unavailable" and "The mythical VVMT69 never existed or so we believe, it was rumoured that it did but then it no longer did and never had." I really was tempted at first to write this off as another one of James' pranks. But the other info on the site about the lawsuit and financial problems seems pretty sincere, so I think this is the real deal. Quite honestly, I'm surprised it took this long, as he's been pushing the envelope of "fair use" for years now. Hopefully, this won't completely wipe him out. :/ G.
