i think the bottomline of that is, that there is a need for an ethics
discussion still. intellectual property: i don#t care. i am for copy-left
ideas in any variation. still: if someone steals, than this shall be
embarrassing, if someone gives, this shall be nice.
the whole thing reminds me of the yearly support broadcasts on public radios
in the US. listeners do actually give money out of free will to the public
radio of their choice, whatever qunatity they have left in their own
pockets. and that is, what that system survives from (dunno how good 8( )
donation might be a good idea for good but starving artists aswell. i mean,
who can afford to work on an album like "Thought for Food" (just an example
i am fan) for months without a full fridge and a roof on top of your head?
