The laptop battle sounds descent, but the performers are already set. I had
more in mind something open ended, something for people to meet, play,
discuss, enjoy each others work. There is an event like this in london I
think, and its wildly successful. I'm sure there's quite a bit of
experimental musicians in Philly who'd come out, besides those just there
for the music. There are a million coffee house that host music, and also
art galleries/spaces that could host such events, allowing those under 21 to
attend.
