I don't think laughing at people who were disturbed by fascist imagery
is very constructive. Contempt for one's audience is almost as repellent
as fascist and racist people, though less harmful.
Those of us who know first-hand the corrosive effect racist and anti-semitic
groups can have in a community don't find it very humorous. Even if you
'get' the joke it doesn't mean it's actually funny. So you figured out you
can get people riled up with an iron eagle? Congrats. The punk rockers
did it already almost 30 years ago.
