what I found odd, is the fact that these batteries WERE available as a third
party product for a while now, yet people wanted to badger apple for
charging too much for a new battery. the OEM maker of a product is always
going to be more expensive than anybody else for repairs, so instead of
whining about it and defacing all the apple ads in nyc, just go buy an
aftermarket battery for only 49 dollars and put the damn thing in yourself.
