I would beg to differ. If you call the store directly to place an order
they are just as good as anywhere else, plus they will typically special
order if possible.

Don't bother with them. They suck for many reasons, the least of which is
never answering emails. With the online catalog, I don't think they ever
remove any old items, so they probably don't have what you want anyway.
Search elsewhere for a more reliable store.
