ok, here what i do and it seems that i am doing
better then many others-
in these times)) you got to have several email
adresses
1.the one that you use strictly for personal
matters and never publish, make sure the server
has a good anti-spam soft there, i am very happy
with rcn.com
they maintain an agressive list of SPAM IP-s.
2.adress that you use for mailinglists like this,
my experience with yahoo is excelent.
less then 1% of spam
3.a spare adress for pesonal, businees matters,
so if the first one becomes polluted you switch
here
