I suppose there's also a level of tact necessary for a successful revolt or
to successfully get a law changed. You don't go to speak to your
local/regional political representative stoned off your ass and hope to
change his mind. Heck, you probably lie about any past use and say that
this is your understanding of the situation as a non-user.
heck, that's why I continue to support drug legalization and the subsequent
taxation and regulation of it. I have no interest in doing the drugs, but
people should have a right to do as they wish while getting educated about
what it is they're doing. And they shouldn't be forced to give money to
drug cartels that thrive on violence.
