welcome to world of internet mail lists
1. people will post about events in cities where you don't live
2. people will stretch the limits of the list topic
3. people will ignore the topic completely, with things like political
rants
4. people will post about music you've never heard of read about, and
don't even have access to in your local store
5. if you open your mind, and read even a few of the posts, you might
get some new information
6. delete freely (all lists are populated by at least one troll)
