That'd be _Punctuated_. I second this rec. - sounding very good indeed,
as does virtually everything in the Quench/Funckarma repertoire.
The last Funckarma release _Bourbon Sounds_ was also excellent, though on
vinyl 12" only.
The Xela and the Esem (referred to in other posts) have their merits too.
I'd put in a word for Pub _>single_ too, though it isn't that recent, and
may not satisfy the beat-driven; swathes of textures and atmospheres and
an echophile's delight.
