I don't know how constructive that really is, I suspect that people do that to force the media to pay attention. I've been peaceful and I haven't had any trouble with the cops. I am very disgusted with all the lies of the Bush Administration and with the most of media (because it's all leaning very right) cheerleading this war. Judging from your emails you seem out for blood. Perhaps you should enlist and go fight in this war. Otherwise you'll probably just do something stupid like blow up an abortion clinic. Things are not always "black or white" or it you prefer "Evil-doer and good". The US has done great things and terrible things. We've supported many brutal regimes around the world, we choose to nuke civilian targets in Japan instead of military targets. In the 80s, the US gave Saddam biological weapons and the UK built his chemical munition plants. You see it was all good when we wanted to see Iran lose a war to Iraq. And the US has sold weapons of mass destruction around the world. Against our Constitution, we pre-emptively attack a nation that hasn't done anything in over 10 years. We've shown the world we will break international law when it suits, so what happens when China does it? Or Pakistan, North Korea, etc, Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld are patriotic, why didn't they go to Vietnam they were in the right age group? And why are they now slashing our Veteran's benefits? That seems like a real slap in the face to the men that served. http://www.vaiw.org/vet/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=59 Joel I think you've reach your quota of stupid remarks, so reply off list to me ok. You've already sent a surprising amount of posts already, and none of them have been that intelligent. I apologize to the list for no music content this time around, but since this was directed at me. I thought I had to respond. ______________________________________________________ Is this war really about Oil? Here are where some of Bush's Administration have ties to oil. Dick Cheney (Vice President) Ex-CEO of Halliburton Industries, an oil service company. And what a surprise they are one of the first companies already lined up to operate in Iraq. Don Evans (Secretary Of Commerce) Ex-CEO of Tom Brown, Inc., a $1.2 billion oil and gas company Spencer Abraham (Secretary Of Energy) opposes research of Renewable energy. Wants to drill in Alaska Gale Norton (Secretary Of The Interior) She started he legal career at Mountain States Legal Foundation, a conservative environmental think tank funded by oil companies. Condoleezzaa Rice (National Security Adviser) She was on the Chevron's Board Of Director for over ten years and even has a 130,000 ton oil tanker named after her. Then there's Kenneth Lay who has been a shadowy adviser in the Bush Administration. This Enron CEO is a free man, no jail time for him. __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
