just fyi more than anything, i lifted the title "23:thingsfallapart" from an
issue of The Invisibles by Grant Morrison. if you're not familiar with The
Invisibles - it was a truly amazing comic series written by the man above
throughout the 90s which managed to draw from all of the stuff mentioned
below without degenerating in to the typical x-files/pomo nonsense that
typified 90's popular culture. totally recommended - it's amazing. the
whole order/chaos thing fitted in quite nicely with where i'm coming from
musically, hence the nod to Mr Morrison.
