Just install a decent spam blocker, like SpamAssasin. If you don't have admin
rights, then pester the admin to install it. The way to look at it these days
is spam is unavoidable, so it's best not to get worked up about trying to
prevent it getting to your mailbox, but just to divert it to it's own mailbox
and delete as needed.
