Hmmm.... Sandoz - Chant to Jah is pretty dubby electronic music as are a lot of releases under this Richard H. Kirk pseudonym. Stereotyp - My Sound (on G Stone Records) has been getting rave reviews. Check out Select Cuts From Nation compilation (i think it might be dubby but havent listened to it in a while). And I got this Jamaican Records Dub Sampler volume 1 released in 2002. Also Braindub - In Your Brain is an album I like for electronic music meets dub. And maybe Witchman versus Jammin Unit - Inferno That's all I can think of off the top of my head...
