I am the only one that primarily buys vinyl on this list. Vinyl sales have been going up over the past five years. Independent record stores have been sprouting up all over the place that deal strickly with new and used vinyl. Fuck that digital shit :) Vinyl will sustain that careers of independent electronic music and hip hop as long as there's DJs and I don't see that going away any time soon. I realise you make a killing a CDs (cheap production cost and high mark up) which is why MP3 and pirating CDs took off in the first place. Fucking $18 for a CD that cost 25 cents to produce in mass quantities? I hope the CD industry dies or at least gets realistic about the ridiculous cost of CDs...the greedy bastards!!!!!! _________________________________________________________________ The new MSN 8 is here: Try it free* for 2 months http://join.msn.com/?page=dept/dialup --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
