The two Astrobotnia cds have Hubble Nebulae pictures on them...
all they seem to mention is...
"Cover images used courtesy of NASA,
The images are the copyright of the NASA organisation"
Wether that means they had to pay for them i dont know?
But then they're not American so I guess that doesn't answer your question.
