Beatservice (

backcatalouge of minimal/ambient music with names like Biosphere,
Information, Mind over MIDI, Illumination, Adena Cycle etc. etc.
Jazzland Recordings (
http://www.jazzlandrec.com/) have released a lot of
nice and cold "electronic jazz", with excellent remixes by the likes of
Chilluminati and Rune Lindbæk.
