Sure, why not. We're already to the point where people are writing music using mathematics. Classically speaking, there was Iannis Xenakis, and in modern times there are numerous "algorithmically based" tracks out there. What's to stop someone from creating a song based on irrational numbers, such as pi, and saying 'this can be performed forever." or are you saying that no one will ever record or perform such a piece?
