The latest album in the Piehead Records 2002 limited edition series was
released on September 11th and is available for purchase (ordering details
below):
PIE008 : naw : _gibberish_
naw is Neil Wiernik, a media artist turned electronic music composer who
began creating electronic music in 1988. Wiernik is known to push the
boundaries of his musical form - from designing new or manipulating
existing sound making devices and software to creative uses of production
environments and sound sources. Though his composition and production
styles are diverse, he keeps a central focus throughout all his production:
experimentation.

LIVE/RELEASE PARTIES :::
::: NAW will be celebrating the release of his new Piehead album,
_gibberish_ - as well as his new release on Noise Factory Records, _the
resound of a foggy autumn dawn_ - with a show in Montreal. It will be
taking place on Saturday, September 28th at The SAT, 305 Rue Ste-Catherine
Ouest, and will feature a live set by naw as well as guests Crackhaus,
Granny'Ark and DJ Tobias.
::: I AM ROBOT AND PROUD will mark the release of his album _You Make Me
This Happy_ (to be released on October 11th) with a show on Sunday, October
13th at FUTURE RHETORIC, a monthly electronic music showcase held at NASA
Dancepub, 609 Queen St. W. in Toronto. Also appearing that night will be
Kimonophonic and host One Caballero. Fellow Piehead artist MULTIPLEX will
