I think the new Pieter K album "Everything All The
Time" should be out in a week or two. There are many
reasons why he's considered one of the best US dnb
producers, because he cares more about making quality
music than dj fodder.
Sorry I mentioned dnb because this album is more for
listening than the dancefloor and most of it isn't
even dnb. There are two tracks sort of in a FSOL vein
"Impressions" and "Un Amour Fou". Two techno tracks
"Stars From Aircraft" and "Natural Light remix"
(BC-ish). Some tracks I wouldn't even know how to
classify except for downtempo. And the dnb tracks are
too musical and heady for most dnb djs, how many of
them would play a tune with a three minute ambient
breakdown in the middle.
Favorite tracks "It Could Have Been You" and "Un Amour
Fou"
