Right, you can reserve things if the registration lapses and snatch it
up. I just don't understand how *anyone* would get to the point where
their domain lapses without knowing about it. I've heard of plenty of
cases where someone will "lose a domain" and their excuse is "oh, I forgot
to re-register it before it expired."
