yeah, that place is called Popelotes (or something like that)... i don't really dig that place
because they put big pieces of carrots in their burritos. :)

yup, cancun rocks 99% of the burritos found anywhere.
lot's of it has to do with two things.
they put in a handful of fresh cilantro in every burrito, and they actually grill the tortilla
before they fill it so that when you get it, it's sorta crispy on the outside but chewy on the
inside.
i'm surpised nobody has flamed me yet for starting this discussion.
