A beautiful improvisation by Christian Fennesz and Jim
O'Rourke in Paris around 1997. I felt immersed in an
accumulation of dense layers of sounds.
"The Cube" a films, sounds and lights performance.
Think of a group of 7 artists standing for 12 hours in a
10 x 10 meters cube. The musicians (Lionel Marchetti,
Mathieu Werchowski, Jerome Noetinger from
Metamkine
) produce electro acoustic soundscapes
while visual artists project experimental films and lights
from mechanical devices. The cube becomes a living
entity either harmonious or chaotic.

PS: I wish I could see Masami Akita (Merzbow) back in
the 80's. If someone hear about him playing in the U.S.
in the future let me know!
