Is it stereo flange? The easiest thing to do is just convert the file
to mono. Mono makes for a better vinyl cut too, in my opinion.
The problem shouldn't be a big deal if the track sounds OK in mono.
Other than avoiding phase problems in the bass (which I expect is what you're
trying to do) the main thing is to get a nice balanced mix, without too much
high end. The best thing to do if you trust the mastering engineer is to
do as little as possible, and let him or her use their gear to optimize the
mix for vinyl...
