If you're working on a PC you can get a free 90 day trial version of
Samplitude Producer, which includes multi-band stereo enhancer. Make sure
to get the producer verison, it's the only one that contains it.
It'd be easy to dial the cutoff frequency for the lowest band to 100 hz
and collapse it to mono.
Samp also includes a multi-band compressor, limiter, FFT filter,
parametric EQs, and so on, if you're looking for other mastering tweak
tools.
