my understanding is that this affects anyone who does not have a specific written agreement with the label or artist they're streaming. as i stated below, the riaa is empowered by this ruling to collect fees for ALL labels, not just riaa-member labels. this means that even if you play all indie music, unless you have a written agreement from the artists in question, you are liable for the fees. -rachel (aka dj pie) -- piesarenice.net
