I would have to disagree with your friend. I think its a rather interesting album. Definately more headphone material than stereo. When listening to it I get the picture of classical music floating around in bubbles of minimal ambient idm. Not something you can have on in the background while playing a video game and enjoy so much. You can find a glowing review of it at www.milkfactory.co.uk, a fair review at www.electronicmusicreviews.com, another glowing review at http://www.junkmedia.org/01/43/monroe43.html.
