Agreed : the rough balance sounds under par.
For a start, the most significant symptoms are :
• the kick drum level which is much too low
• the CR78 hat which requires a generous corrective EQ (@ about 8.8kHz)
• the (right panned) « pad » which might benefit from a little
low-shelving
