Cytrax has been releasing minimal techno for the past 5 years. The label
is run by Jasper and Kit Clayton, two of the worlds most notorious
techno artists. People who are known
For pushing the known limits of sound, and making deep and intelligent
techno from sounds people have never heard before.
Cytrax artists have included:
Sutekh,
Safety Scissors,
Geoff White,
John Tejada,
Dean Decosta,
Kit Clayton and
Jasper.
Cytraxs focus is on the deeper, experimental side of techno.
This release will be Cytrax 20, titled Here I Lie Waiting in Vain, by
Jasper himself.
Jasper has worked with Force Inc and toured with G-Man, Luomo, snd,
Stewart Walker, Pole, Fumiya Tanaka, Dan Bell and many others
and has
toured Europe and Japan extensively.

Tresor Club in Berlin
Sonar Festival in Spain
and many other venues world wide
And now Jasper is going to drop some knowledge at Pulse in L.A. just
for us.

Thanks for your support thus far. Youre part of something quite
special
weve been called LAs real underground sound by many whove
come by and heard what were doing. Theres only a few people in town
that bring you this sound consistently, and gives you a chance to hear
the artists that are breaking the boundaries between house, techno, and
experimental electronic music.
Id like to ask you all to come out this Friday and support Jasper and
show the love you have for music!
I will be opening the night up with some deep house, and then Zhao will
bring the minimal tech sound for about an hour.
