It's a toss-up between 33 Degrees and Waterloo. What you can't find at 33 Degrees you can often find at Waterloo and vice versa--but visitors should hit both since they are locally-owned. 33 Degrees is arguably more user-friendly than Waterloo though...easier to find what you're after. Whatever happened to Bill's in Dallas? Used to find some incredible (and incredibly overpriced) rarities there...the old Factory cloth cassette boxsets, for one...can you still find cool stuff like that there? Or has Bill's gone downhill?
