Exactly. Dissing Moby is like a game of Spin the Bottle. It's fun, it's easy, anybody can play and EVERYBODY WINS. Who cares if he's irrelevant, when he's so damn ubiquitous? It doesn't matter what band or what record they are talking about on VH1, you can guarantee that Moby has some really vital opinion to offer. I swear to god he has a VH1 camera crew permanently located in his posh Manhattan dwelling. I admit it's a little like poking fun at the slow kid, but the fact that the slow kid thinks he's such a genius that he needs to pop up and offer an opinion about every topic that comes up begs for it. Anyway, he IS irrelevant as far as quality, innovation and interest is concerned, but if you have a car commercial that needs a bangin' big beat track, you know who to call.
