something that's usable? that doesn't take half an hour and a lot of
guesswork to navigate?
i thought the old skam site was gorgeous visually, but horrible from
a usage point of view. the first time i visited it, i spent five
minutes fumbling about and then decided it was a lost cause. i never
went back again.
