I've got something called MP_Spinner from about a year ago, which is great, nice sound and size of a CD walkman - but does NOT display track titles, just numbers, which is very frustrating if you have over 100 tracks burned to CD-R and no clue what's playing! I've also seen (not bought or heard in action) something by Freecom, which looks very zooty with transparent blue plastic finish and plays the small size CD-R's. To my mind it's dinky and cute, but being smaller, holds less data and the discs cost more.
