i think l'sine's first full length on isophlux is his best work. self
titled. nearly everything he's done has been great though. a new 10" of
his is out now (i think) on delikatessen and he has an upcoming full length
on hymen due sometime in may.
hymen kinda jump around, they really don't have a set type of music they
release.
releases range from venetian snares - gabber (oh no, there it is again.
time for integrity attack #2) to snog - sort of industrian music and onward
to passarani - nintendo-y hip hop, sometimes orchestra, sort of all over.
you may like it.
i'm very tired.

Subject: [idm] l'usine & hymen generally
i've really been getting into l'usine lately - especially Freak and
Coalition 2000 (i realize that one is pretty much a live version of the
other.)
slipthrough is also pretty damn good.
can anyone recommend other essential l'usine releases?
also, what's the hymen label like other than l'usine? if it's more utterly
mangled hip-hop-ish-ness like l'usine i need MORE.
thanks,
- d
