Hey Mr. Clow.. The illegal art collective have a comp of Christmas song bastardizations floating around at there. This is the same crew that put out the notorious deconstructing beck album that seeland records was carried. It's cutnpaste madness with various versions of the same Christmas songs sung by various crooners (Nat King Cole, Bing Cosby, The King) combined collage style.. they are Xmas themed although I must admit the tracks I heard from the comp didn't even approach 'It's a novelty track that is cute the first time, but I will get sick of by the end of the first listen' status.. the comp is noteworthy for it's civil disobedience (read: lawsuit magnet) if nothing else. ~g -- Greg Smith http://www.technowest.org http://www.laiad.com http://www.mediawhore.cc <-- site launch Jan 1/02 --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
