This isn't idm-l specific, but there have been numerous lists that I've
joined, and, after not reading them or finding the lists boring or tedious
after a few weeks, I've unsubscribed.
I'm still here because there's some great conversation, occasional good
recommendations, and it's a great resources. I delete a lot of messages,
but usually after a cursory glance-through to see if it's something I'm
interested in. I still *read* the list, though :B
