DSP is "Digital Signal Processing". It's actually a fairly generic Electrical Engineering term, but in an audio context, it's used to refer to manipulations of digital audio. Over-use of it can lead to the term "fuckery", though almost every sound you've ever heard on an IDM record probably has some sort of DSP involved, whether it be reverb, equalization, etc. Just think "people messing with sound" in the IDM context and you've pretty well got it.
