It seems that every so often I hear something that sounds incredibly different and "new". I imagine some of this has to do with not being familiar with certain sub-genres, etc. I also think there are certain albums that just amaze you, irregardless of your music knowledge. So, here's a few that really affected me (in no order). Sigur Ros-Ágætis Byrjun I second that.
