HELLO HELLO HELLO?!
IT WAS A JOKE !
SHEESH PEOPLE.
THAT EMAIL I SENT WAS A WEEK AGO !
Doesn't anyone remember the rediculous "BOC are paedophiles" flamewar we had
here a few weeks ago? My refence was to THAT disussion. It was an inside
joke. Most listmembers would get it I assume. Also, my sarcasm was in no way
ugly. It was sarcasm and meant to prevent this poor naive soul from getting
FLAMED as you people are so obviously quick to do. Notice that I didn't get
any reply from the original poster telling me I was a "prick". If they had,
I'd simply apologise and explain - no harm meant - it was merely a little
list humor.
In addition, certain lismembers replied to me personally, offlist and
respectfully to state that maybe I could have been a bit more helpful
instead of sarcastic - mind you that was a week ago when I originally sent
the joke. CONSTRUCTIVE critisicm it is called - and I took it to heart and
have been providing to posters such answers to questions like the URL for
Warp Records and how to find it in the future.
Do you think I'm a fucking MORON to assume because someone puts a picture of
kids on their album it somehow defines their sexual tendencies?
My god. Why are you people bringing this up right now?
Is there some sort of point you're all trying to get at?
Have you got something intelligent to add other than your misunderstanding
of my post?
Flaming is so completely pointless. It solves nothing, it accomplishes
nothing and more often than not it waste the time of countless individuals
who beforehand had more important things to discuss.
Much worse than a bad joke is a stupid thread with no point that continues
to unravel without any apparent purpose. I recommend you try and devote your
time to more goal-oriented crusades.
