"C.I.A. -- the California Institute for Abnormal Arts -- smack dab in the middle of the
Auto Repair Shop District of North Hollywood. Referred to by
host-coowner-former mortician Carl Crew as a "multidimensional art
facility," the creepy carnival/funhouse motif was slightly terrifying to say
the least, with such memorable decor as a severed arm and a dead fairy (?)
inside cabinets surrounded by explosives"
