Drum Club, Adham Shaikh, Omicron, Woob, Mysteries of Science -- ah screw
it: get the Plug In + Turn On compilations on Instinct Records if you can
find them. I've collection many cds by groups I got into from those 2
disc compilations, so most of what I'd suggest would be on Instinct
records. Fax apparently put out some good stuff back then, too, but I
wasn't hip to that at the time, and don't really listen to that stuff much
anymore. I don't mean to promote myself or anything, but I put together a
radio show on live365.com that has a ton of that stuff on it, if you want
to take a listen to it and see how it strikes you.
