I'm Fabrice, live in France (Paris) and I'm quite new on this list.
I agree with your answer, but it makes me asking some questions.
You talk in this thread about FLA. I don't really know this band even if a
friend told me to listen to them.
But one day I've heard Test Dept. and I've been very surprised to find this
music very close from Autechre works.
So what do you think of Test Dept. ?
Is it known influence from Autechre ?
Well, I'm fond of electronica and I like Fizzarum, Funkstorung even if they
are copying on Autechre. In fact I don't really see a copy in their works.
I wouldn't say that with Brothomstates Ep. where each track refer to an
Autechre's track. I like this Ep, but I have some doubts about them...
What else... I've seen Styrofoam live in Paris last Saturday and it was
wonderfull !! :-)
