"22tape is a nomadic artist who now resides in LA. His music pays homage to
hip hop, IDM, bass and garage. He loves the unpretentious and DIY side of
beat-making, yet is enamored by the unheard, and strives to bring an
original sound all his own.
His Pratfall EP takes broken beats combined with vocal samples, dusty
melodies, sub-bass and dubbed out transitions and walks that fine line
between the obscure and accessible. If you're not careful, you might catch
yourself chin-scratching while doing the windmill.
On superior remix-duty, Coco Bryce steps up to bat. Mister Adam worked the
art as only he can. Ivo Statinski gave the EP a facelift with his
