Have to admit about The Box of Orbital... Track 7. on Surfing on Sinewaves (Polygon Window) Psy 9 of Air Liquide but the 12" verion... very important because there is a "blank" right in the middle of the track which is SO important that is not on the CD version... There was also a track of I (Atom Heart) live somewhere (can't remember... my record has been stolen) on an old Trance compilation of Rising High... alx -----Original Message----- From: Adam Wendt [mailto:billyjoeray@netzero.net] Sent: August 6, 2001 4:34 PM To: idm@hyperreal.org Subject: [idm] Epic Tracks What are some tracks that make you feel so small and insigificant like you have been ingulfed by them and they won't let you out? :) Two I can think of right now: Orbital - The Box (long version/parts 1-4): This is such an amazing tune, my favorite part starts at about 9:05. I can listen to this track all day long. Not so much IDM but, John Digweed - Heaven Scent: This track definatly makes me feel like I'm surrounded. Well it sounded like a good topic when I thought of it I just wish I could have thought of some better examples. So what are your favorite 'epic' tracks?
