"Video games don't affect kids. I mean, if video games affected us as kids, we'd all be sitting around in dark rooms eating magic pills and listening to electronic music..." Heh. OK, my all time favorite video game sound (there were a bunch in that Shadow / Reebok commercial piece) is Mix Master Mike, off of Anti-Theft Device, forget the name of the song, track 3 on the CD, I think. "instead, turn your radio up as loud as it will go ... " (which I always do) and it BLASTS the character intro/warp sound from Joust. Front and center. I play that little interlude in clubs sometimes ... always makes people really stop and forget about their drinks. Defender sounds are everywhere, too.
