Nah, you just have to tune yor body to the music and get different parts to
groove with the relevant parts of the music.
Okay, so this does have the effect of making you look like you're having a
siezure when you do it to confield, but it is the only way to dance to it.
Drinking heavily "helps" this kind of coordination...
Personally to excercise I love either tri-repetae or astroblaster (caustic
window). Gary Moschles and Bogdan are also good
