john carpenter has made some great music for his films,especially escape
from new york,halloween and my fave score *the thing*
theres a couple of john carpenter cds available with all his work on them
including the recent vampires movie and escape from LA.
though the music involved in them movies is poor in comparison with his
earlier work.
