This is in no way relating to the debate that has
ensued in the wake of whoever's quesstion, this is
just an answer to that. so hah.
I have neu 75. bought it a while ago, ive never really
gotten into it. The more 'ambient' peices are
something of a false starter for me. The first track
is a very nice, melodic motorik groove. the album
picks up again at 'hero' which is a more insistent
noisy groove, and for the remainig songs when they
start doing all the speeding up slowing down tape
jiggery pokery that was evident in Neu 2.
Anyway its nice enough but no more than that, really,
for me. A band which means a LOT more to me is Faust,
about whom i could wax lyrical about for a long time.
but i wont. ive sent a reveiws of some of their stuff
to here before now.
