I received the new Orb CD and listened to it all weekend. love it. I’m going to play it loud over a funktion one system today while at work. tho one of my favorite artists, I would’ve missed the release if you didn’t mention it Clint. LA is not a very Orb familiar town, where techno seems to have started with post-Homework Daft Punk. Many thanks dude. In 1995 I was given a cassette tape with The Orb on side A and FSOL on side B, changed my life. I still have the tape! I went over to Chicago’s Michigan Avenue Virgin Records in 2002 to catch Alex Patterson do an in-store show, which was a short 30 minute set of playing vinyl, then afterwords spoke to him, gave him a Heavy Petting CD, my music group the time, and he reached into his bag grabbed an Orb vinyl signed it and handed it over as a really thoughtful exchange. There’s my story of The Orb. And if you are big into deep zone-out listening to full albums, as The Orb’s style usually entails anyways, I still consider Orbvs Terrarium one of my favorite albums to take me to another world. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B000V6ONJW all the best y’all , Justin
